These are BGP sessions terminated on the dn-bgp edge daemon (the GoBGP route server / reflector) — not on a physical router. To manage BGP configured directly on a Juniper/MX204 (upstreams, customers, peers pushed to the box via commit confirmed), open the router on the Routers page and use its BGP tab.
